Upon your arrival at Basra International Airport, you will be greeted by our team. Here are the subsequent steps:
- Reception at Basra International Airport.
- Proceed to the Visa Window to obtain the required visa. The visa fee is 75-80$, payable in cash only.
- Navigate through Passport Control for clearance.
- Retrieve your luggage and complete the customs clearance process.
- Depart the customs hall, noting the possibility of X-ray screening for your belongings.
- Your designated driver will be positioned either at the visa desk or at a predetermined location (TBA) to extend assistance and escort you to your accommodation. Please be aware that guides are prohibited from entering the airport premises, and signage is not permitted.

- For those arriving early, there may be an opportunity to explore Basra. Dinner arrangements will be made at the hotel, based on the time of arrival.
